Laura Kiley LCSW, Founder and CEO oversees the clinical and administrative aspects of Inner Harbor and provides individual therapy. Laura is a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, EFT as well as Adventure Therapy. Laura has been supporting women in their recovery process from addiction and mental health issues since 1990 with experience working for Hanley Hazelden as a counselor in the family program, as well as the primary units. She directed the professional training program. Additional experience includes working in acute mental Health at Columbia Hospital as well as for Sierra Tucson, where she served as the Clinical Outreach Coordinator for the South East. Ms. Kiley served on the board for Gratitude House in West Palm Beach, a non-profit organization for women's addiction treatment. Laura continues to consult with other treatment providers. She has appeared on Fox television as an expert in the area of Women and depression as well as Radio interviews on addiction and mental health issues.

Betty Berg, CASAC, Clinical Director.Betty has an extensive array of substance abuse counseling and treatment experience. She has worked in the field since 1987 in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Training with some of New York’s premier treatment programs, Betty brings extensive addiction and mental health experience to Inner Harbor for Women. Betty has worked with a team of professionals at Freedom Institute in New York as well as Smither’s Institute. Betty also worked at Alina Lodge as the Director of Women’s Services for a period of time. She is passionate about women’s issues as well as the evidence-based models of care for clients. Betty meets with residents individually, facilitates group education and provides family support and counseling as well as provide supervision to the case management team.

Cori Randolph, CRSS.Cori is a Certified Recovery Support Specialist, with seven years of experience in the recovery field. Cori was the case manger coordinator at Inner Harbor for five years and continues her relationship with Inner Harbor as a consulting case manager trainer and education group facilitator. Cori was a key person in the creation and implementation of Inner Harbor's policy and procedure in respect to case management. Cori has studied the concepts of Mindfulness Based Relapse Prevention with Jon Kabat-Zinn and Saki Santorelli, creators of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. She also utilizes the work of Pema Chodron in her work with residents. She shares her experience with meditation and mindfulness at Inner Harbor.

Brad Henderson and his team provide weekly team building activities for our residents. He is also aKey Trainnovator and WOW, Are You Ready facilitator. He administers project and strategic initiatives for Trainnovations. Brad was the ropes course customer and facility manager at Sandy Pines an inpatient psychiatric and substance abuse facility for adolescents in Tequesta. Brad is a certified ropes course/teambuilding instructor and course certifier; he has extensive skill and practice in experiential training. With a background in therapy and social services his knowledge of group dynamics lends to excellent group facilitation. He utilizes his knowledge base and excellent sense of humor to enroll his groups in the weekly process. Brad has managed projects for clients such as Oracle, Precision Response Corporation, and Bombardier Aerospace

 

Case Management

Inner Harbor for Women also provides case management services by female staff trained in social services and case management. Inner Harbor for Women has staff available 24/7 on-site for residents' individualized care. The case managers help facilitate employment and volunteer opportunities, help the clients integrate into the local AA community and provide support with various activities of daily living, scheduling and transportation needs.

Ancillary Service Providers and Advisors

Diana Clark, JD, MA
Watching a loved one grapple with an addictive disorder can be terrifying, confusing and stressful. As a specialist in addiction and family systems Diana Clark offers an array of services designed to educate family members about addictive disorders and encourage healthy responses. With a masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Antioch University, Diana offers a calm, compassionate and logical voice during a time of turmoil; encouraging family members to engage in behavior which promotes recovery and healthy functioning for all.

Prior to her work in addictions consulting, Diana was a practicing Labor and Employment attorney advising employers about the need for clear, compassionate and enforceable policies and the best method for their implementation.

Dr. Raphael Seminario provides therapy and medication management as needed. Dr. Seminario is a Fellow from the American Psychiatric Association and is Board Certified. He is the former chief of the Department of Psychiatry at St. Mary's Hospital and Good Samaritan as well as the Medical Director at St. Mary's Institute for Mental Health. He has been working with addictions since 1982. Dr. Seminario has been in private practice since 1990 and also maintains his role as Medical Director of Gratitude House an Inpatient Treatment Facility for Women in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Dr. Raju Mangrola also provides therapy and medication managment for our residents. He is a board-certified adult psychiatrist. He has been in private practice in Palm Beach County, Florida for the past 18 years. He is also certified in addiction psychiatry, forensic psychiatry, and psychosomatic medicine. He has extensive experience treating patients with psychiatric disorders, addictive disorders, and dual diagnosis. Dr. Mangrola is also certified by the American Society of Clinical Psychopharmacology (ASCP). He specializes in personal and direct treatment with each patient.

Michele Michael, LHMC, Certified Family Mediator, National Board Certified Counselor. Michele specializes in Dual Diagnosis, Mental Health, Addiction and Family Therapy. She provides Programmatic Consultation for Inner Harbor for Women LLC as well as to work with clients and families as an ancillary service. She is the former Executive Director and Founder of Wellness Resource Center in Boca Raton Florida. Michele is a Florida supreme court approved Family mediator. She Also specializes in differential diagnosis, crisis resolution, and client/family therapeutic placement

David Schnitzer, A.P., Doctor of Oriental Medicine is available for education and treatment in acupuncture as an ancillary service to the clients. Mr. Schnitzer is an Acupuncture Physician, Doctor of Oriental Medicine and a National Board Certified Diplomat. He has been in private practice for six years specializing in acupuncture and Chinese herbology. As a founding member of The Life Flow Health Center in West Palm Beach, Florida, David is dedicated to helping his patients with holistic and comprehensive treatment.

Donna M. Corrente, M.S., CAS , CAP acts as a clinical consultant and was instrumental in the development and implementation of Inner Harbor for Women. She is the former director of women's services at a Hanley Hazelden in West Palm Beach, Florida. A respected clinician, she has appeared on nationally syndicated television features and has been interviewed by print and broadcast media across the country. She developed the Hormonal Shift Assessment currently used at Inner Harbor for Women. Donna is also the recipient of the prestigious NAATP Michael Q. Ford Journalism Award for a series of articles she created on new women's treatment for Counselor Magazine.
